Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Aleinik met with outgoing Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kyrgyzstan to Belarus Ermek Ibraimov on 2 November, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The parties discussed the state and prospects of Belarus-Kyrgyzstan relations, reaffirmed their readiness to further deepen multifaceted cooperation and integration interaction between the two countries.
They outlined joint steps to work out a roadmap to boost cooperation between Belarus and Kyrgyzstan.
The minister thanked the ambassador for his personal contribution to the development of Belarus-Kyrgyzstan cooperation, efforts to intensify political dialogue and expand trade and economic ties.
As BelTA reported earlier, the need to develop a roadmap for cooperation development was mentioned at the recent meeting of Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko with the ambassador of Kyrgyzstan.
