Ombudsperson of Kyrgyzstan Atyr Abdrakhmatova has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Ombudspersons of Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Moldova. Ombudspersons plan to jointly monitor observance of rights and freedoms of citizens, to carry out communication campaigns for citizens going abroad for work, study, medical treatment. The agreement was reached with the Ombudsperson of Moldova on exchange of experience in support of migrants, ensuring electoral rights of citizens voting abroad.source: akipress
